Honey Mustard Dressing

Hi, I'm fat-free, creamy, and made from scratch.
My friends call me Honey-Mustard.

There is a decadent new craze for health-conscious folks to make their own homemade dressings, and I've totally caught the fever. A friend told me about making poppy-seed dressing from Greek yogurt. I thought it was quite clever, but I'm not wild about poppy-seed. I am a fan of honey-mustard. A little brain power later and I came up with this deliciously creamy dressing that is quick and easy.

It's real fat-free, nothing was taken out and no scary substitutes added in. Bonus!

Just 5 ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup of non-fat Greek Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I prefer Chobani because they use only natural ingredients.)
1/2 cup of natural Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of dark agave
A pinch of salt

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid, shake vigorously. Depending on your tastes, you may want to add  another tablespoon of agave.
